This sweet boy came to visit me in my Attleboro studio from Assonet for his one year cake-smash session and he was SO much fun! He had the best eyes and cutest red hair. His mom and dad also stepped in from of the camera for a family portrait as well before he dived right into his cake.

Together his Mom and I planned his theme around cute animals, outdoorsy and "rustic." This super fun lumberjack themed set ended up being PERFECT. I incorporated some small cute animals in the set (can you find them?!) and a fun little camper that I happened to find at Hobby Lobby. You should have seen my reaction when I found that little metal camper, right there in the aisle. Like I had made a touchdown and was doing my touchdown dance in the end-zone! haha!

I LOVE planning cake-smash sessions. They are so much fun and unique to each baby. And you never know how baby is going to react. Are they going to devour it or daintily taste? I also love collaborating with local bakery Sweet Stuff Bake Shop that always is able to make my cake-smash sessions look like artwork! How awesome is this cake that ties all of the Lumberjack theme session together.
