Studio Safety Protocols
-
An appointment is required to enter the studio.
-
Contactless payment method is encouraged.
-
Contactless delivery of products will be available through curbside pick up or drop-shipped to your home.
-
Maintaining a distance of 6 feet where feasible. This means "air hugs" for now! Posing for portraits will be done by imitation of contactless demonstration if possible.
-
Sessions will be limited in the number of people allowed to attend. I take on limited sessions and I am very accommodating when it comes to sessions. At this time, I am only allowing one session per day in the studio to give adequate time to clean in between sessions.
-
I make sure that I am fever free and feeling great before your session; please take everyone in your household temperature as well before leaving for your session. Up to 3 days before your session, if anyone in your home has or has had a fever or not feeling well (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, headache, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, runny nose or stuffy nose, fatigue, the recent loss of taste or smell, poor feeding or poor appetite for children and infants), please contact me immediately. Even if it's a text in the middle of the night before your session.
-
Please reschedule your session if you or anyone you have come into contact with has been directed by the health department to quarantine.
-
If you have been in close proximity to anyone that has shown symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19, I ask that you reschedule 14 days after exposure.
-
Please reschedule if you or anyone in your household has traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days.
-
Before you arrive, all props, blankets, wraps, and surfaces where your newborn will touch will be cleaned and sanitized. Frequent disinfecting of heavy transit areas and high-touch surfaces (e.g., doorknobs, light stands, cameras, rolling carts, bathrooms) will happen before and after every session.
-
I participate in frequent hand-washing and ask that you do as well but especially after sneezing, coughing, restroom use and nose blowing. I keep sanitizer right next to me and will use it throughout the session as well.
-
Until we are given the ok, I will be wearing a face-covering and ask that all persons over the age of 2 do as well while not being photographed. I will also use non-latex or knit gloves when posing the newborns.
-
Improved air quality and ventilation in the studio: when possible, the windows will be opened.
-
A cleaning log that includes date, time and scope of cleaning will be posted in the studio.
